Announcing restdb.io access roles

We are pleased to tell you that restdb.io now support access roles. No need to worry about letting other users into your database again. Roles are particularly useful when you need to restrict access to what users can see and do in your database.

In the screenshot below, we have added 'read'-access (GET in HTTP restful language) to the 'editor' and 'interns' role, and Create/Update/Delete-access to the 'editor' role only. Users without these roles will not be able to see anything.

In your restdb.io database settings, you simply need to assign the proper roles to each user.
